The Challenge

Led the series' first 3D asset, Supertato's TatoCar, where I would communicate with the storyboard department who would provide me with the initial angle of the car. I would then use the 3D model in Toon Boom to achieve the desired angle to match the animatic and start building my rig around that. This was a challenge as there were many angles of the car, and I had to delve deep into how to make the rig as light as possible.

Utilised problem-solving skills to create rotating textures for more complex props, this gave it a 3D look and feel. Contribute my after effects knowledge on prop textures that wouldn't be possible to animate in Toon Boom.

Actively participated in asset pull meets, contributing creative ideas and feedback on how to overcome the more challenging props

Helped out the compositing team when I was ahead of schedule

Created 3 brand new character rigs, and also was responsible for helping out on character rigs and redresses
